Job Title: Project Manager – Procurement Strategic Operations (Non-IT 5) Location: Beaverton, OR (PHK – Hybrid Schedule)Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension) About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Procurement Strategic Operations initiatives within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role will lead projects spanning both business and technology workstreams, coordinating closely with functional teams, vendor partners, and IT stakeholders.The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and experienced in managing complex technology implementation projects. This individual will also contribute to the ongoing evolution and standardization of Procurement PMO processes and project management best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage projects across business and technical workstreamsOwn and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, timelines, owners, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, architects, testing resources, and vendorsFacilitate technical workstream meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder discussionsTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans through RAID logsManage integration timelines and proactively identify project risks and tradeoffsDrive accountability across teams to ensure project commitments and deadlines are metMaintain project calendars, reporting cadence, status updates, and executive communicationsSupport Procurement PMO operations and contribute to continuous process improvementsDevelop and standardize PMO documentation including templates, dashboards, status reports, and workstream chartersOperate independently while aligning with Procurement PMO standards and methodologies Required Qualifications 8–10 years of Project Management experienceProven experience leading projects involving technology implementationsStrong experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex organizationsAbility to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environmentsExperience facilitating technical meetings with architects, engineers, and IT stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProficiency with:SmartsheetsMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPoint (Executive-level presentation skills)Experience building and managing:Project plansDependencies and critical pathsIntegration sequencingRAID logsShared project trackers and dashboards Preferred Qualifications Experience leading enterprise technology implementationsExperience supporting procurement or contingent workforce platformsExperience supporting global rollouts with regional activation componentsPrior experience in a large, matrixed corporate environmentPrevious Client or related industry experience preferred but not required Desired Candidate Traits Reliable and dependableHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable driving structure and accountability across teams Education Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Team & Environment This role will be embedded within the Procurement PMO team and is expected to actively participate in PMO staff meetings, planning sessions, and team initiatives while supporting strategic procurement project delivery across the organization
