We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Consumer Loan Processor. Job Summary: We are seeking a Consumer Loan Processor to provide clerical support to the Loan Center in performing various duties and special projects related to consumer loan applications. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Consumer Loan Originators and other personnel to ensure proper related documentation is prepared and/or provided. - Answer the telephone and respond to routine loan center or member inquiries related to loan balance and payoff requests. - Assist with the preparation of loan files and documentation. - Update and maintain financial statements, cash flow, and tax documentation in loan files. - Perform official notary service as required. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - One year of similar or related experience. - Some familiarity with consumer lending laws and regulations, including compliance requirements preferred, but can be trained. - Customer service experience. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
