Job Title: Production Planner / Coordinator – Apparel & Supply ChainLocation: Reynoldsburg Ohio 43068Position: Hybrid (3 days onsite – Tues/Wed/Thurs, 2 days WFH)Duration: 6+ Months Contract with extension About the RoleWe are looking for an Associate Production Planner to support the production and order management team for a leading apparel/lingerie brand. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and experience managing purchase orders, production tracking, and delivery coordination in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage purchase orders (POs) and order updatesTrack production status, deliveries, dye/cut dates, and order changesMaintain order management reports and delivery tracking documentsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Vendors, and Offshore teamsSupport issue resolution related to orders, deliveries, and production changes Assist with liability tracking, cancellation management, and reportingUpdate and maintain data in SAP/Mainframe systemsPrepare reports, analyze data, and provide production updates Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Order Management, or related field Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Textile, or Retail industry preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills requiredGood communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesTeam player who can work in a collaborative environment Preferred Skills:SAP or ERP system experienceProduction/order management experienceReporting and data analysis experienceAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
