Material Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Material Coordinator / Supply Chain Coordinator to work in the Pataskala, OH area. Job Responsibilities:Review and process material requests to support Distribution, Transmission, and Generation operationsCoordinate with Supply Chain Operations to ensure timely availability of materials for construction and maintenance projectsMonitor inventory levels, open purchase orders, and material requests to proactively identify shortages or expedite needsWork closely with Procurement and Expediting teams to support project timelines and operational needsAssist with inventory management processes and recommend process improvementsTrain team members on materials management systems and inventory procedures as neededMaintain reporting, metrics, and inventory tracking documentationSupport emergency material requests and outage-related material coordination when necessaryCommunicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and operations teams Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferredAssociate's degree with applicable experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience will also be consideredMinimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics, or material coordinationStrong Microsoft Excel and computer system skills requiredExperience with ERP or Materials Management systems preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to support emergency operations and occasional travel as needed Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime as needed About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional positions.
