This role works closely with overseas teams, internal partners, and retail customers to ensure products meet company standards and compliance requirements. The Manager of Sourcing plays a key role in issue resolution, process adherence, and continuous improvement, while operating within established sourcing and QA frameworks.Essential Role Functions:Partners with overseas teams to support finished goods quality assurance, testing, and traceability activities.Assists in maintaining and updating the QA Manual and QA procedures to ensure Randa's processes remain current and effective.Supports ongoing review of regulatory and performance testing standards to ensure compliance and relevance.Helps establish and maintain traceability of raw materials used by factories to support responsible sourcing initiatives.Coordinates with overseas QA and sourcing teams to align on testing requirements, documentation, and quality expectations.Works with internal teams and retail partners to address quality issues and support timely resolution.Assists in developing and tracking corrective action plans to prevent repeat quality issues.Maintains accurate quality and testing documentation across internal systems and customer platforms.Utilizes various customer portals and internal systems to manage quality data, compliance information, and reports.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent degree/experience2-4 years of experience in sourcing, quality assurance, compliance, or related roles within a wholesale, manufacturing, or retail environmentExperience working with overseas factories or global vendors (preferred)Technical SkillsFoundational knowledge of finished goods quality assurance and testing processesFamiliarity with regulatory and performance testing standardsUnderstanding of product traceability and responsible sourcing conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple internal and customer-facing platformsProfessional SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailSolid problem-solving skills and ability to follow established processesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and with international partnersDependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional demeanor with a hands-on, execution-focused work styleAdditional QualificationsAbility to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10% - 15%)Ability to handle and inspect product samples, including lifting, opening, and unpacking boxesComfort working with retail partners and internal stakeholders to support issue resolutionAbility to represent the company during factory visits, audits, and customer meetingsWhat we Offer:Competitive base salary.Hybrid work schedule.Three weeks of paid time off within the first year of employment.Company provided life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid parental leave.Health, vision, and dental insurance options with low employee contributions.Commuter benefit plan.Optional supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, and accident & critical illness insurance offered at a group discount rate.401(k).Unlimited access to our award-winning online fitness and wellness program.A great place to work, fast-paced, with terrific career growth
