Think of us as your at-home hairapist, here to empower self-expression + bring joy to your haircare experience. all hair is welcomeTM.The job:asamika'sinfluencercommunitycoordinator, you willplay a key role in supportingthe influencer team in community growth inclusive of creator seeding, list building, mailing calendar support,relationship building,community expansion+more. this is a dynamic, hands-on role offering exposure tomanyfacetsof influencer marketing - fromalways-on organic seedingtonew creator onboarding.Salary:$67,00 - $70,000 + bonusLocation:brooklyn, hybrid schedule - onsite 2 x per week (must be based in nyc + have the right to work in the US)What you'll do:coordinate always-on organic gifting initiatives, including replying to inbound inquires, vetting creators, sending out packages from our Brooklyn-based office + tracking resultsscout + engage with emerging creators through consistent, always-on gifting effortssupport team with creator relationship-building initiatives through curated sendouts for birthdays, milestones, product restocks + other key momentsmaintain organization of influencer team office inventory + product closet, ensuring gifting supplies + products are stockedbuild + maintain influencer lists across different niches + demos, ensuring information is up to date + organizedoversee both inbound + outbound daily outreach + communication with influencers to ensure timely responses across platformsmanage the daily upkeep of our influencer marketing platforms + trackers to ensure they're organized + accurateassist with brainstorming, managing + executing mailers for new product launches, cultural moments + evergreen campaigns, including support with managing design submissions, building targeted influencer lists, shipping + tracking resultsassist with monthly reporting and KPI trackingsupport community building platforms such as TYB (try your best)continuously monitor + report on best-in-class influencer activations, trends, mailers, events, + more and identify how they can connect to overall amika brand strategiesMust haves:1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, internship acceptable (preferably in beauty or hair)BA/BA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferredStrong familiarity with Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ and similar toolsGenuine enthusiasm and knowledge of the beauty industry and influencer marketing landscapeThrives in dynamic, high-energy environments that are constantly evolvingProactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and contributeStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsDetail-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFast learner with strong problem-solving skillsWorks well in a collaborative setting and is equally effective when working independentlyFamiliar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointReady to apply?please click the link below that will bring you to our careers page where you can submit your application + resume (cover letter optional). a member of our team will be in touch soon!#J-18808-Ljbffr
