This is a high-impact role where you’ll help lead key initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience as we continue migrating toward container-based services.If you're someone who loves solving infrastructure challenges, standardizing architecture, automating everything, and collaborating with developers to ship faster and safer, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives usingTerraform .Help define and improve our cloud infrastructure onAzure .Work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and build robustCI/CDpipelines.Support our shift toward containerization (e.g.Kubernetes ).Collaborate with teams across the business to support growth, scalability, and automation.Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support uptime and stability.What We’re Looking ForHands-on experience insoftware engineering , including coding and technical problem-solvingStrong experience with Azurecloud infrastructurein a production environment.Solid knowledge ofTerraformand Infrastructure as Code practices.Experience with containerization ( Docker/Kubernetes ) andCI/CDtools.Extensive hands-on knowledge ofKubernetesand its ecosystemExpertise with the latestCI/CDtools such asGHA, Azure Devops, ArgoCD, FluxCDetc.Well-versed in the principles of cloud security, with a practical mindset toward secure infrastructure design.Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams.A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.8+ yearsof relevant experience inAzure Architecture ,DevOps/SREor similar roles.Why You’ll Love Working HereA supportive, remote-first culture focused on impact and continuous improvement.Opportunities to influence technical direction and make meaningful contributions.Work with smart, dynamichumble people who care deeply about learning and innovation.Drive the shift toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Develop tools to empower developers to manage their codebases effectively.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and dependencies.Implement and configure new development tools and infrastructure.Optimize software delivery through process automation and best practices.Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.CompensationWe are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total pay range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000.
