Mechatronics Engineer

The role focuses on conceptual and detailed mechanical engineering design for complete automotive electro-mechanical and mechatronic products. The candidate will contribute to product development from concept through manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Lead conceptual design for automotive electro-mechanical / mechatronic products. Push button controllers Display products Haptic and touch screen sensors (preferred experience) Create and manage: Product designs and stack-ups Manufacturing drawings with appropriate detailing Assembly sequences and processes PCB packaging within mechanical design Design enclosures and complete product packaging solutions. Perform A-class surface styling and support product aesthetics as per customer requirements. Use CREO CAD software for: Product modeling BOM (Bill of Materials) management Define product dimensions and specifications. DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) DFM (Design for Manufacturing) discussions Conduct packaging studies using vehicle/environment data. Create product drawings and establish GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) schemes. Perform tolerance stack-up analysis during the design phase. Preferred Skills & Tools CREO CAD expertise Knowledge of GD&T Experience with DFMEA and DFM processes Understanding of automotive product development Strong mechanical design and packaging skills Experience (Preferred) Mechatronics HMI components (push buttons, displays, touch sensors) #J-18808-Ljbffr
