Your patients will remember you not just for your care, but for how deeply you saw and valued them.What You’ll Actually Do Provide compassionate, full-spectrum primary care to individuals and families Lead patient education and inspire meaningful, lasting change Diagnose boldly, treat holistically, and create care plans that honor culture and identity Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide integrated, whole-person care Manage a steady, balanced schedule, seeing approximately 15–20 patients per day with strong team support Contribute to community health events, quality initiatives, and care innovation Participate in occasional on-call rotation as part of a supportive team, with a schedule that offers flexibility and balanceWho You Are (a.k.a.
