Logistics Clerk II & III

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring Logistics Clerk II & III (1st Shift) professionals to support a highly regulated manufacturing facility in Arizona. This role is ideal for experienced logistics specialists with hazardous material handling experience who are comfortable working in compliance-driven environments.Position: Logistics Clerk II & IIILocation: East Mesa, Arizona (202 & Greenfield Rd)Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-HireWork Schedule: 5:30 AM to 2 PM - Monday through FridayPay: $19.50 to $21/hrStart Date: ASAPResponsibilitiesPrepare, package, label, and document domestic and international shipments in accordance with regulatory and company standards.Coordinate outgoing freight, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials.Palletize, wrap, stage, and verify outbound shipments for accuracy.Receive incoming materials, unload trucks, verify documentation, and enter data into ERP systems.Move and store hazardous materials in designated areas following safety procedures.Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and support finished goods tracking.Generate invoices and electronic shipment notifications for customers.Support raw material flow and inspection staging.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.5+ years of manufacturing or warehouse logistics experience preferred (3+ years may be considered).Hands-on experience handling hazardous materials required.Active DOT and/or ICAO certification required.Sitdown forklift certification required.Strong ERP and inventory tracking experience.Proven job stability and strong tenure history.Must pass ATF compliance requirements, including:Drug screening (no marijuana use permitted).Background screening (no felony convictions).
