Whether it’s short-term operational support or long-term category management, Kronos by EPSA bridges talent and opportunity with precision and purpose.ContextFor one of our international clients specialized in digital learning and supply chain training solutions, we are looking for a junior LMS Project Coordinator to support the operational delivery of a gamified Learning Management System (LMS) environment. The client operates in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment, delivering tailor-made learning experiences to international customers. The role requires a proactive and autonomous professional capable of coordinating multiple learning workflows and stakeholders in a fully remote setup.Mission ObjectiveAs LMS Project Coordinator, you will support the coordination and operational follow-up of multiple digital learning modules and training programs. You will act as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders, content contributors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and publication of learning materials within the LMS platform.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate and monitor content delivery across multiple gamified learning modules • Collect and organize training materials, videos, quizzes, and assignments • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are respected • Attend recurring coordination meetings with business teams and content contributors • Maintain tracking files, reporting dashboards, and project follow-up documentation • Support publishing schedules and operational execution inside the LMS environment• Communicate project updates and escalate bottlenecks when necessary • Collaborate closely with international and remote teamsProfileExperience & Skills • 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or digital learning environments • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable managing multiple parallel workflows • Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning projects is a plus • Good knowledge of Excel, reporting, and tracking tools • Professional fluency in English is mandatory Key Competencies • Autonomous and proactive mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Detail-oriented and structured approach • Learning agility and adaptability Mission Conditions • Freelance mission only • Fully remote within Europe • EU work authorization mandatory • Working schedule aligned with Belgian business hours • Approx. 30 hours/week
