The client operates in an agile and entrepreneurial environment where autonomy, curiosity, and digital affinity are key success factors.Mission ObjectiveAs LMS Content Author / Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring digital learning content within the LMS platform. You will ensure that training materials are accurately uploaded, structured, and published according to customer requirements and project timelines.Key Responsibilities• Upload and configure training content within the LMS platform • Build and structure gamified learning activities and learning paths • Configure quizzes, assignments, scoring systems, and points mechanisms • Adapt content structures according to client-specific requirements • Ensure quality control and consistency across learning modules • Manage publishing schedules and daily delivery targets • Participate in onboarding and LMS platform training sessions • Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders• Communicate project updates and escalate bottlenecks when necessary • Collaborate closely with international and remote teamsProfileExperience & Skills• 1–3 years of experience in digital content management, LMS administration, CMS tools, or e-learning environments • Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems • Excellent attention to detail • Comfortable with repetitive but structured operational tasks • Experience with LMS, CMS, or gamified platforms is a strong asset • Background in web design, UX/UI, or digital learning is considered a plus • Professional fluency in English is mandatoryKey Competencies• Curious and solution-oriented mindset • Autonomous and reliable • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently after onboarding • User-centric and quality-focused mindset Mission Conditions • Freelance mission only • Fully remote within Europe • EU work authorization mandatory • Working schedule aligned with Belgian business hours • Initially full-time during onboarding phase, potentially part-time afterward
