Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a remote position (United States). Title21 is recognized as a leading quality management and electronic batch process record software provider to cellular therapy laboratories, blood and marrow transplant programs, and biotherapeutic manufacturers. Used by some of the nation's most prestigious healthcare institutions, Title21 understands the unique nuances affecting this industry. We are currently looking for a Senior Developer with Full Stack capabilities to join our team. You will take a leading role in building a modernized version of our existing applications in a robust frontend and backend technology stack in the latest platform and architectural patterns. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of and revitalize a codebase that has served this industry well and make key architectural and technical decisions from day one. You will be involved with designing and evolving a robust front-end application, while ensuring high standards of quality, maintainability, and performance throughout the back-end as well. You will work in close collaboration with our product team leads, our developers, admins, and especially the CTO. Your Responsibilities Actively contribute to the design and evolution of our platform architecture to integrate current legacy information into modernized technologies Perform thorough and constructive code reviews, helping elevate code quality across the team Write unit tests and assist with end-to-end tests Collaborate with both frontend and backend developers to build and integrate robust APIs Collaborate with functional analysts to discuss and validate functional requirements. Ensure adherence to development, security, and quality standards for coding Stay informed about emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve our tech stack Your profile Agile, SCRUM and KANBAN background Ability to work independently and proactively in fast-paced environment, but be Team focused with a collaborative mindset Absolute Get Stuff Done Attitude.
