Associate Relations Investigator
A company is looking for an Associate Relations Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct prompt and thorough investigations of alleged workplace misconduct
Analyze and evaluate complex information to make credibility determinations and fact-based conclusions
Provide clear documentation and maintain records of investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations
Working knowledge of key federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations
Ability to use discretion and independent judgment to solve complex problems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel)
