Manufacturing Business AnalystMedley, FL (on-site)Make an impact where technology meets the manufacturing floor. In this role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership, business teams, and Corporate IT to keep critical systems running smoothly while helping drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting ERP systems, infrastructure, reporting, and projects that directly impact daily plant performance.Why You’ll Love This Role:Be the go-to IT partner for the Medley, FL manufacturing plantWork on a mix of daily support and improvement initiativesLead medium-sized projects with real business impactCollaborate with cross-functional teams and Pella’s IT groupsDevelop deep expertise in ERP, manufacturing applications, and plant infrastructureWhat You’ll Do:Day-to-Day System Support (45%)Support and enhance business systems to ensure reliability, performance, and availabilityIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data issuesMonitor system performance and leverage user feedback and metrics to drive improvementsSupport disaster recovery and business continuity objectivesAnalysis, Design & Continuous Improvement (20%)Analyze business requirements and translate them into system designsConfigure, integrate, test, and support system enhancements, upgrades, and CI initiativesPartner with senior analysts and leadership for design and solution reviewsReporting & Metrics (10%)Extract, analyze, and format data for dashboards, reports, and performance metricsHelp drive data-informed decision-making and process improvementsProject & Initiative Leadership (10%)Plan and coordinate medium-sized projects or complex components of larger initiativesCommunicate progress and outcomes to IT and plant leadershipDocumentation & Training (10%)Create and maintain system documentationTrain end users on workflows, business processes, and reporting capabilitiesEnable adoption and confidence through clear communication and educationAdvanced & Team Support (5%)Support teammates by providing functional and industry expertise on complex issuesShare best practices and contribute to overall team capabilityAdditional Responsibilities: Provide on-site IT support for security, networking, and infrastructureMaintain and support the ERP system, including manufacturing applicationsCollaborate with Corporate IT and other manufacturing plantsLead and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiativesParticipate in shared on-call support, scheduled maintenance, and after-hours support as neededServe as IT leadership at the plant site for key initiativesWhat You’ll Bring: Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required2+ years of related functional or IT systems experienceTechnical & Functional SkillsMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)ERP systems (order processing, scheduling, purchasing, manufacturing applications)Reporting and data analysisProject management fundamentalsEffective troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with tools such as Cisco WebEx and Jabber a plus
