We are heavily involved in the community through volunteering and professional organizations, and we provide support to our employees to participate as well.WHAT WE Are Looking ForDMHA Architecture + Interiors is growing and looking for a Senior Project Manager/Architect for our growing firm in Santa Barbara, California.We are seeking an experienced senior level Manager/ Architect to help provide leadership in all facets of design with a strong background in architecture, art, and multiple building typologies. This includes, but is not limited to master planning, building design, detail design, and a solid understanding of how buildings are constructed. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have experience directing staff, with a degree in Architecture and (10) or more years of experience. Drawing and sketching skills, both by hand and on the computer are required. As an integral part of our firm, the individual will work both independently and collaboratively within the project team. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential we are looking for a leader who doesn’t just respond to fires but has the skills to prevent them. You should have a proven track record of anticipating jurisdictional hurdles and consultant conflicts weeks in advance . Proficiency with developing drawings in Revit are required.Project types include commercial, hospitality, and single and multi-family residential architecture.
