The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting OnBase solutions, with a primary focus on development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance OnBase solutions using Unity Scripting and WorkView.Build custom applications, forms, and document management solutions.Integrate OnBase with external systems and databases.Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on OnBase development experience.Strong expertise in OnBase Unity Scripting and WorkView.Experience with SQL, integrations, and enterprise document management systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsOnBase Certifications (OCSA/OCASA).Healthcare or Insurance domain experience.Experience with REST APIs, .NET, and large-scale OnBase implementations.
