This role is critical in ensuring seamless patient care delivery, optimizing clinic performance, and supporting a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for patients navigating breast cancer diagnosis and treatmentSchedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pmDepartment: Breast Surgery ClinicsLocation: Winston- Salem, North CarolinaManages, supervises and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of a small to medium sized physician practice. This is an entry to mid-level practice management position with a minimum to moderate level of complexity. Practice scope is minimal to moderate for number of providers, staff and potential revenue and possible practices in 2 or more locations.What You'll DoOversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows, patient satisfaction, and high-quality care deliveryLead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical support staff to foster a collaborative, patient-centered environmentPartner with physicians and leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellenceManage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growthEnsure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standardsAnalyze key performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient outcomesServe as a liaison between patients, providers, and leadership to address concerns and improve the patient experienceWhat We're Looking ForEducation: Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required.Experience: One-plus years of practice manager experience preferred with a Bachelor's degree, preferred.Licensure/certification/registration: Current State Drivers License (Home Care Only), required.Additional skills required: Current and future trends/practice in area of responsibility; regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures; information systems and software used in area of responsibility; equipment used in performing assigned duties; application of safety and infection control policies and procedures; skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, staffing, payroll and purchasing processes; implementation of competency, feedback, development and progressive discipline processes; teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models; decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations.Why Choose Novant Health?At Novant Health, we believe remarkable care starts with compassion for our patients, our communities, and each other.
