Oversee and execute the installation of solar systems with meticulous attention to detail. Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of solar installations to ensure optimal performance. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed. What you’ll need: Proven experience in solar installation, with a track record of leadership. Blueprint reading and interpretation skills Proficiency in using hand tools for solar panel installation Strong electrical background with knowledge of high and low voltage systems Strong ability to manage projects, timelines, and team dynamics while maintaining high work quality. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision and high standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong work ethic and the ability to inspire and motivate a team while providing excellent customer facing experiences for homeowners.
