Foreman Hourly

As a Foreman/Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at the job site. They are the point of contact between the operations manager and installers.Your responsibilities include:Check jobsites and complete field quality, safety, and DOT checks - KPA ReportsDispatch/ Schedule with Production Manager/ Scheduler - Ensure jobs are adequately staffedBe the liaison between installers and the buildersMeet with Customers and SuperintendentsField customer complaints and troubleshootCommunicate project progress to the managerDeliver material to crews when instructedHelp crews load/unloadInventory count at month's endKeep the supervisor informed of any supplies/materials that we are low on, including fiberglassGive the production manager a job supply order by Thursday morning, 10:00 amManage daily inventory control, time keeping, and materials claimed on work orders with crewsAttend Weekly Safety Meetings/ Weekly Stretch MeetingReport workers' comp claims to the office to be processedWarehouse Management- Ensure it is safe and orderlyWork with the Production Manager/ Warehouseman to replace broken or damaged equipmentEnsure the warehouse and tools are secured at the completion of each day Qualifications: Previous experience in construction, insulation installation, or a related field preferredEffective communication and teamwork skillsMaintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients effectively Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Overtime required Pay: $27-30 per hourThe position requires a drug test to be completed, contingent upon employment, and a background check if applicable.Physical demands:Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders. The role requires working in confined spaces, crawling, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools. An insulation installer must also be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, while adhering to safety standards.
