We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and assist with the installation and maintenance of automatic car wash systems. This role is hands-on and vital to ensuring quality service and smooth operation for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Safely unload and stage new car wash equipment at job sitesInspect and document equipment condition upon delivery; report any shipping damageInstall new car wash systems according to specificationsRemove and properly dispose of existing/old equipmentMaintain tools, test equipment, and materials in clean, organized, and working conditionCommunicate effectively with team members and customersDeliver outstanding customer service during on-site interactionsOperate power tools proficiently (e.g., hammer drills, grinders)Understand and accurately relay instructions, feedback, and informationEnsure clear, concise, and accurate reporting and documentationWhat We're Looking For:Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsDependable work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with power tools and construction equipment preferredCompensation & Benefits:DOE
