Assistant Manager

The Thompson Organization is looking to hire a full time Business Development Center (BDC) Manager.The BDC Manager is responsible for leading and developing The Thompson Organizations Business Development Center to drive sales traffic through phone, email, and digital inquiries.This role ensures that every customer inquiry is handled promptly, professionally, and in alignment with the organizations commitment to exceptional customer experience.The BDC Manager works closely with General Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Consultants and the Marketing Department to optimize lead handling, improve communication processes, and maximize conversion rates across all stores within the organization.*Auto dealership experience neededREQUIREMENTSSetting up processes for incoming internet leads and phone calls, ensuring fast response times.Hiring, coaching, and training staffEnsuring proper logging and tracking of all customer interactionsCreate and maintain staffing schedules, ensuring coverage to meet daily inquiry volumeFoster a positive, high-energy environment focused on customer service excellenceFoster a positive, high-energy environment focused on customer service excellenceProficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis and formula-driven toolsHeavily utilize and train CRM tools and other programs across the dealerships as needed to drive performance and grow the businessAbility to analyze and communicate performance data with General Managers and Marketing teams to evaluate ROI on lead sources and optimize strategiesWorking for Thompson means you're a part of the family.
