Remote Support Specialist

We are seeking aRemote Support Specialistto provide customer assistance, reservation support, and service coordination within the travel services industry.In this role, you will help customers manage bookings, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through travel completion. This position is fully remote and includes structured onboarding and ongoing training.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, and online communication platformsAssist customers with reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updatesRespond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionallyResearch travel options and provide accurate service informationMaintain organized customer and reservation recordsEnsure timely follow-up and excellent customer experienceSupport clients before, during, and after travelQualificationsPrevious customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or support experience preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentComfortable learning new systems and digital toolsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesReliable internet connection and professional work setupTravel industry experience is a plus but not required.
