Job DescriptionWorkday Production SupportMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsWorkday Application Support FunctionalKey SkillsHands on experience with Workday functional modules (HCM / Comp / Talent / Benefits)Strong understanding of Workday Business Process FrameworkExperience in L1/L2 AMS support model and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)Ability to analyze cross module functional impactsWorking knowledge of Workday reporting and data validationStrong communication skills for HR and business stakeholder interactionWorkday Application Support IntegrationKey SkillsHands on experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI)Strong understanding of Workday inbound/outbound data flowsExperience in production support and incident managementAbility to analyze logs, error messages, and data exceptionsWorking knowledge of security, data privacy, and access controlsGood communication skills to coordinate with functional teams and L3 partnersRoles & ResponsibilitiesWorkday Application Support FunctionalRole SummaryProvide Level 1 and Level 2 functional support for Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits), ensuring stable day to day operations and timely resolution of business user issues.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle functional incidents and service requests, including issue triage and resolutionPerform business process and configuration troubleshooting within approved scopeSupport Workday business cycles (compensation, talent reviews, benefits enrollment)Execute standard configuration changes (BP updates, eligibility rules, validations)Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation activitiesMaintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentationWorkday Application Support IntegrationRole SummaryProvide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support for Workday, ensuring reliable operation of inbound and outbound integrations and timely resolution of integration related issues.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio support only)Perform triage and troubleshooting of integration and batch job failuresCoordinate integration re runs, data corrections, and incident resolutionValidate data flows between Workday and downstream/upstream systemsSupport UAT, regression testing, and release validation for integrationsMaintain integration runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
