Position: IT System Support Consultant Location: 100% onsite near Aliso Viejo, CA Duration: 3+ months contract Compensation: 50.00 to 70.00 per hour (DOE) .Partnered with a client who is looking f this person to support and maintain core business systems across IT Operations and Sales Operations environments. This role is critical in reducing operational risk, improving data integrity, and eliminating single points of failure as the organization continues to grow. .The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient systems generalist who thrives in a support-oriented environment rather than strategic planning or system implementation. .Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Application SupportSupport and maintain IT and Sales Operations systems, including CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce acceptable)Troubleshoot system issues, integrations, and data inconsistencies across platformsServe as an end-to-end owner of issues, ensuring resolution without handoffsPerform system administration tasks including user onboarding and offboarding Data & ReportingPull and validate data from systems such as HubSpot and DomoSupport and maintain existing dashboards and reporting (not heavy build, more optimization and troubleshooting)Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systemsProvide analytics supportIT Operations & SupportProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support as neededSupport and triage Microsoft/Azure environment issuesPartner with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day system and access needsProcess Improvement & DocumentationDevelop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and system documentationIdentify and eliminate single points of failureImprove system stability and operational workflows.Required Qualifications3-5 years of experience in an IT Systems Analyst, IT Operations, or similar support-focused roleExperience supporting CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable)Experience working within Microsoft-based environments (O365, Azure)Strong troubleshooting capabilities across systems, data, and integrationsExperience with data validation, reporting, and dashboardsAbility to work independently with minimal oversightStrong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience. .All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
