Job Description: Support the Director of Student Success in developing and implementing a comprehensive Student Success ProgramEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Career coaching oversight and coordination of career pathways, diploma planning, and early college credit programsManage daily operations of the Student Success TeamSupervise staff and lead initiatives supporting student engagement, graduation readiness, and college and career transitionsLead the implementation and monitoring of individualized Career Pathway PlansGuide students and families in understanding diploma optionsCoordinate student enrollment in concurrent credit and dual enrollment programsMonitor student progress in career-aligned pathwaysProvide training and support to staff on career advising and readiness standardsDevelop college and career readiness resourcesRequirements: Arkansas Teaching, Counseling, or Administrative LicenseAdvanced degree in Counseling, Education, or Educational LeadershipMinimum 3 years of experience in a school leadership, academic advising, or student support roleStrong knowledge of diploma pathways, career coaching frameworks, xevrcyc and early college credit systems preferredSupervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferredWillingness to travel for school events and state testing (includes occasional overnight travel)Ability to work some evening hours to support families and studentsBenefits: Equal Opportunity Employer
