We are committed to sustainability, safety, and innovation while delivering essential materials and environmental solutions to our customers.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying hazardous waste recycling and disposal solutions aligned with customer needs+ Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue+ Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on regulatory‐compliant, safe, and sustainable waste management solutions+ Collaborate with internal operations, compliance, and technical teams to develop accurate proposals and ensure effective service execution+ Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress to support business goals and forecasting**What We're Looking For**+ Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships based on trust, credibility, and long‐term value+ Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities, negotiating solutions, and delivering results+ Solid understanding of environmental services, hazardous waste, or industrial services markets+ Clear, professional communication skills with customers and internal partners+ Strong organizational skills, initiative, and accountability in managing priorities and territory responsibilities**What We Offer**+ Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, with participation in our commissions plan+ Highly competitive benefits programs+ 401(k) retirement savings plan with automatic company contribution and matching contributions**Work Environment**This role operates in a professional, field‐based sales environment with regular interaction at customer sites and close collaboration with operational teams.
