ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a Rebates Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & Aging Management: Maintain and monitor AR aging schedules related to rebate programs Analyze aging reports to identify overdue balances and drive timely resolution Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve outstanding items Reconcile rebate receivables to the general ledger and supporting schedulesCash Application Apply incoming customer payments accurately to open rebate receivables Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to reconcile payment differences Ensure timely posting of cash receipts to maintain accurate financial recordsRequirements 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, rebates accounting, or billing Strong understanding of financial controls Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies Effective communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholdersWhat Success Looks Like Aging balance and resolution time reductions driving improved AR metrics Accuracy and timeliness of cash application Clean reconciliations with minimal agingThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
