Full Charge Bookkeeper & Administrative Support
Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full cycle of accounting duties while also providing administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who can balance financial accuracy with day-to-day office operations.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Accounting:Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile bank and credit card statementsMaintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial recordsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsProcess payroll and maintain payroll recordsHandle sales tax filings and assist with tax preparationWork with external accountants during audits and year-end closeAdministrative Support:Provide general office support (filing, scheduling, correspondence)Manage vendor relationships and maintain recordsAssist with budgeting and expense trackingPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentationsHandle incoming calls, emails, and inquiriesSupport management with special projects as neededQualifications:Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in small to mid-sized business environmentsFamiliarity with payroll systems and tax regulationsWork Environment:Part-time with the opportunity for the role to grow into full-time.
