DescriptionTest Program Manager – Oracle ERPType: ContractRate: 1099 $70/hrLocation: RemoteRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise testing efforts across the US, UK, and Canada for multiple Oracle Fusion programs. This role is responsible for test strategy, execution oversight, vendor management, and stakeholder communication across large‐scale financial and business initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end‐to‐end testing lifecycle for Oracle Fusion Central, Fusion Local (HSB), and Quarter in Arrears programsDevelop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and testing documentation, with a strong focus on Fusion LocalOversee and coordinate third‐party testing resources, including HSB and ProtivitiPartner with business track leads and SMEs to ensure all business and regulatory requirements are fully testedTrack testing progress, defects, risks, and dependencies across regionsProvide clear status updates and escalations to the Program Manager and senior stakeholdersRequirementsRequired Experience8+ years in testing, QA leadership, or test program managementExperience leading testing for Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP programsStrong understanding of financial or enterprise business processesProven experience managing vendors or external testing partnersExcellent stakeholder communication and executive‐level reporting skillsNice to HaveMulti‐region or global program experienceFinance, accounting, or regulatory program exposureBenefits1099 $70/hr
