Summer Program Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate person to join our team. Responsibilities: - Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students - Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive environment. Qualifications: - Experience working with children in a classroom setting (preferred) - Strong communication skills, - Ability to effectively manage behavior in a classroom setting - Familiarity with daycare regulations and requirements. Note: This job description is intended to provide an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for this position. It is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. We have a lot of fun with our children. You will go on field trips with the group 2x a week. You will need to be active to play field games with the children from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
