Registered Behavior Technician
Role DescriptionThis is a on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Jacksonville, Orange Park, and St. Johns FL in settings of In - Home, Daycare, Schools and/or the community. The RBT will provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients, implementing behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily responsibilities include assisting with behavior management, data collection, and reporting progress to the clinical team. The RBT will work closely with clients and their families to foster skill development and improve behavioral outcomes.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team membersAbility to follow behavior intervention plans and document data accuratelyCompassionate approach and a commitment to supporting individuals with behavioral needsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent RequiredCompletion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
