Regional Sales Manager
Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp is looking to hire a results driven Regional Sales Manager who will oversee the Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Southern Louisiana territories while maintaining professional relationships with current customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The FollowingDemonstrate a strong understanding of Toyo product line, including features, benefits, warranties, sizing, and applicationsAchieve or exceed assigned regional unit and dollar sales goals in all product categoriesMake dealer callsInform dealers promptly of campaigns and programsReview dealers’ inventoryFollow up on credit related mattersAssist and encourage dealers to display and advertise Toyo productsDistribute POP material and literatureAssist dealers with sales and marketing programsInform dealers of their purchase records YTD vs. last year’s, YTD vs. target, and YTD vs. Toyo volume categoriesSolicit orders for all Toyo products as applicable to dealersEstablish a dependable dealer network in all markets within assigned regionAssist management in establishing profit-minded and cost-conscious practicesDevelop and maintain good business relationships with major accounts through periodic contacts and proper handling of sales and administrative functionsActive individual solicitation and signing of new passenger and light truck dealers as directed in designated marketsPresent detailed competitive information such as products, prices, sales programs, product problems, etc., regularlyMonitor Toyo product performance versus competitors and help identify new product needs for ToyoMaintain customer contact data for all direct and associate dealers in assigned area in Salesforce.comOther duties as assignedAt Toyo Tires, our purpose for everything we do is clear: We make tires people love! The starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job and/or industry. The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Two or more (2+) years of experience in tire sales or as a tire manufacturer representative.
