Dermatology Territory Sales Representative – Matraz InnovaThe Dermatology Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness, product adoption, and business growth across multiple territories by developing strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, healthcare professionals, and key medical institutions.This role focuses on promoting Matraz Innova’s dermatological portfolio through strategic territory management, scientific product education, and customer-focused engagement. The Territory Manager will identify business opportunities, execute territory plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize market penetration and achieve sales objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve sales goals and expand brand presence within dermatology clinics and healthcare networks.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists, clinic staff, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.Deliver clinically relevant and scientifically accurate product presentations to healthcare providers.Utilize market knowledge and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory performance.Coordinate with internal commercial, marketing, and field teams to support customer needs and ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.Manage accounts through consistent follow-up, customer service, and territory analysis using CRM and sales reporting tools.Represent Matraz Innova´s customer in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.Maintain an active presence within the dermatology community through networking, events, and professional engagement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree required.Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, skincare, or dermatology sales preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand and present scientific and clinical information effectively.Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and customer-focused mindset.Ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive results across multiple territories.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.Professional AttributesThe ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and passionate about dermatology and skincare innovation.
