Software Engineer, Platform (Developer Experience)

Overview In this role you will advance Benchling's Platform by building tooling that speeds up development, testing, and production releases. You will collaborate with Release Engineering and Developer Productivity to reduce time-to-production and improve developer happiness. You’ll iterate on developer experience using feedback and scale our tooling and processes. This position places you at the intersection of engineering efficiency and product quality, contributing to Benchling’s mission to accelerate biotech innovation with AI-enabled workflows.
