Planner II, Outlet Watch

Make An Impact:We are seeking a talented Planner II to join our Planning team at Fossil Group. In this role, you will support the demand, financial, and inventory planning activities for the Outlet Watch business, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth. An ideal candidate will possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, value-driven environment focused on outlet-specific KPIs.This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Watch Lead.What you will do in this role:Planning & ForecastingSupport the development of seasonal and annual financial plans for the Outlet Watch category, including sales, margin, and inventory targetsBuild and maintain monthly by sku forecasts that reflect outlet-specific demand drivers such as promotions, clearance activity, and inventory availabilityPartner with the Watch Lead to align outlet plans with overall category and brand strategiesInventory & Flow ManagementMonitor inventory levels to ensure healthy flow into and through the outlet channelAnalyze sell-through, weeks of supply, aging, and excess inventory to identify risks and opportunitiesProvide recommendations for inventory deployment, rebalancing, rebuys, and exits to support outlet performancePerformance Analysis & ReportingTrack and analyze key outlet KPIs including sales, margin, AUR, inventory turns, sell-through, and forecast accuracyPrepare regular business reporting and recaps, highlighting insights, risks, and action-oriented recommendationsProvide ad-hoc analysis related to promotions, markdowns, and inventory strategiesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Merchandising, Allocation, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on outlet strategies and executionCommunicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities clearly and proactivelyProcess & ToolsMaintain planning systems and reporting tools with accurate, timely dataSupport continuous improvement of outlet planning processes, tools, and ways of workingWho You Are:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field2-4 years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or a related analytical roleAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with planning systems and reporting tools is preferredStrong analytical and financial skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly present performance trends and risksWhat We Offer:Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being servicesRetirement Planning: 401(k) match and educational resourcesPaid Parental Leave & Return to Work Program: Support for new parents and caregiversGenerous Paid Time Off: Floating Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Days, Summer Flex FridaysWork Flexibility: Hybrid schedule plus "Work-From-Anywhere" optionsTuition Reimbursement: Support for approved educational programsEmployee Discounts: Enjoy savings on Fossil merchandise
