Reporting to the Head of Creative Studio on the Americas Creative Studio team, you will support the AMER region by elevating brand image and driving deep connection with diverse athlete and community hubs. You will lead the creative journey from concept to delivery, balancing entrepreneurial innovation with operational excellence to safeguard On’s premium positioning while leading and developing a high-performing creative team.Your missionLead the end-to-end creative development for regional North American campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives to drive brand heat and commercial successEmpower and coach a high-performing campaign creative team, creating the conditions for individuals to grow and do their best workLead through others: building trust, removing barriers and enabling teams across the organization to execute the brand with excellencePartner with marketing leads and global creative teams to align regional storytelling with global brand pillarsDirect creative approval across all North American touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and visual identity from digital and social to retail rolloutDevelop innovative creative concepts that solve complex business challenges while pushing the boundaries of traditional performance marketingPreserve the integrity of core creative ideas by collaborating closely with designers and production teams to achieve premium executionMaintain stakeholder alignment by presenting clear, evidence-based creative directions to senior regional leadershipIdentify and mitigate potential creative roadblocks by partnering with Studio Management to ensure resource optimization and on-time deliveryYour storyYou bring 8+ years of experience in creative roles, including conceptual creative development and copywriting, within a premium global brand or a leading creative agency focusing on omnichannel consumer experiencesYou have 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, having managed creative pods or teams responsible for multi-channel campaign delivery and talent developmentYou demonstrate a high degree of entrepreneurial innovation, having successfully challenged status quo creative to deliver results in high-pressure, fast-paced You have experience in end-to-end campaign development, from conceptual thinking to team leadership, bringing ideas through execution and launchYou act as a multiplier, not the star; you raise others up, give honest feedback, and create conditions where people can do their best workYou possess deep expertise in the North American market, with a proven ability to synthesize diverse community interests into impactful visual and narrative contentYou have a track record of mastering complexity by managing creative budgets and external agency partnerships to deliver premium quality outcomesYou maintain expert proficiency in digital creative tools and stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure On remains at the forefront of design and technologyYou are able to travel up to 40% of the time to support global hubs and key creative moments as required by the businessWhat We OfferOn is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
