This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.Pay $56,000-$60,000 Plus Sales Driven Bonus ProgramResponsibilitiesEngage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to understand their needs for shower doors, mirrors, and related glass products.Provide detailed layout and design consultations to help clients visualize their custom glass installations.Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits such as durability, style, and living space enhancement.Negotiate pricing and project terms confidently to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.Assist clients with remodeling and renovation projects by offering expert advice on construction, interior design, and maintenance considerations.Manage account details efficiently and maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.SkillsProven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales within the home improvement or construction industry.Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in English; Spanish a plus.Deep understanding of renovation, remodeling, interior design, and construction processes related to residential spaces.Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and pricing.Skilled in customer service with a friendly approach that builds rapport and trust with clients.Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
