Associate Brand Strategist We're seeking an Associate-level Brand Strategist to take ownership of a book of business of 5-10 e-commerce clients. This role involves discussing marketing strategies with a variety of clients, tracking and reporting on performance metrics, and working collaboratively with a cross-functional team of subject matter experts.Your responsibilities will include:Marketing Strategy (55%)Coach clients on how to leverage Paid Media and Message Marketing to optimize their funnel.Develop marketing strategies to help clients achieve and surpass their business goals.Track and report on KPIs on informal client calls and more formal presentations.Account Manager (30%)Facilitate communication between the client and the internal team members.Lead weekly calls with the client.Prepare comprehensive performance reports and lead the delivery of these reports to the client.Project Management (15%)Translate action items from calls into easy-to-understand tasks to help guide cross-functional teams.Track the progress of tasks and hold teams accountable.Responsibilities:Lead communication with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop digital marketing strategies that align with those goals.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of paid channels (including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, CTV, and more) and message channels (specifically email, SMS, and mailers).Utilize data and analytics across various sources to recognize areas of opportunity to improve performance.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform strategy and tactics.Communicate and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Qualifications:2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media for direct-to-consumer businesses.1+ years of agency experienceProficiency in project management tools like ClickUp and AsanaDemonstrated success in developing and implementing ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.Understanding of growth/performance marketing metrics.Experience working with data and delivering insights and recommendations to clientsBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related fieldCertifications in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo are a plusWho Thrives Here:Curious → Always seeking better outcomes and smarter systemsAccountable → Owns timelines and results, no hand-holding neededPerformance-Obsessed → Focused on business impact, not just vanity metricsSelf-Directed → Loves autonomy but communicates clearlyGrowth-Minded → Sees every campaign as a chance to learn and level upClient Snapshot:90%+ Shopify-based eCommerce clients90% SMBs ($10M–$100M+ revenue), 10% enterprise ($100M–$1Billion+ revenue)Product price ranges from $10 to $1,500Multi-channel campaigns with a performance-first mindsetBenefits:Competitive SalaryProfit sharing (yes, you generate income for yourself off every account that you manage in addition to your salary)Full medical, dental, and vision coverageMatching 401kWork from anywhere (we trust you)Competitive vacation time, parental leaveAt ATTN Agency, we foster a creative and collaborative environment.
