CDL A Regional Flatbed Truck Driver

We are looking for elite Flatbed Professionals who know how to secure a load right the first time. Compensation & Benefits: Weekly Earnings: Consistent gross of $1,600 - $2,100 per week. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Total Bonus to start your journey with us. Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. Retirement: 401(k) program with company support. Additional Pay (Every Minute Counts): Tarping Pay: $40 per load (40%-50% of loads require tarping). Detention Pay: $16/hour (starts after only 2 hours). Layover Pay: $50 per day (starts after 24 hours). Breakdown Pay: $100 per day. The Haul & Home Time: Monday-Friday/Saturday and a 34-hour weekend reset (depending on the location). Operating Area: We run all 48 states, but most of our pros stay in 5-state regional loops to keep you close to home. Miles: Consistent work averaging 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week. Support: NO FORCED DISPATCH. You have 24/7 access to an experienced, professional support team that understands the flatbed world. Requirements: Valid Class A CDL. Experience: At least 1 year of OTR driving AND a minimum of 6 months flatbed experience. Securement Skills: Must be proficient with straps, tarps, chains, and binders. Freight Knowledge: Proven experience hauling Steel and Pipe. Compliance: Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening with a Clean MVR.
