You help deliver an exceptional guest dining experience through your attention to detail, teamwork, and strong menu knowledge.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureAccurately deliver food items to guests, identifying proper placement without asking guests who ordered each dishClear and clean tables promptly, transport bus trays to the dishwashing area, and reset tables with required itemsAssist with pre-bussing and resetting condiments and silverware according to standardsBalance and carry large banquet trays to guest tablesMaintain strong knowledge of menu items and garnishes; assist the Expeditor as neededPrepare and package to-go ordersReplenish wares and supplies inside stations, maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas, and clean assigned sections at end of shiftRespond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local activitiesMonitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areasEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue preferredAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentRequirementsAt least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsFood Handlers CardPhysical RequirementsFrequently push/pull up to 50lbs.Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsFrequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistOccasionally sit and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorNoisyBright flashing lightsExtreme HeightsExtreme hot cold temperaturesSlippery surfacesExposure to dust, fumes and/or gasesDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
