Through hands-on experience, professional coaching, operational exposure, and rotational assignments across multiple business divisions, participants will gain the foundational skills necessary to build a successful leadership career with Mustang Cat.This immersive 18–24 month program provides exposure to various areas of the business including Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales Administration.
