🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Construction Supervisor / Coordinator – HVAC & Hygienic Piping 🚨📍 Location: Lebanon, Indiana (100% Onsite)📄 Contract Duration: 2+ Years🟢 Visa: Independent Visa Candidate Only🎥 Interview Process: 2 Virtual Interviews⚠️ Candidates MUST HAVE Pharmaceutical Industry Experience⚠️ Hygienic Piping Experience is MANDATORYWe are looking for a highly experienced Construction Supervisor / Coordinator with strong field leadership experience in HVAC and Hygienic Piping systems for large pharmaceutical construction projects.This is a hands-on, field-driven role where the ideal candidate will function similarly to an Owner’s Representative or Project Engineer — identifying issues early, troubleshooting execution challenges, and driving real-time solutions onsite.🔹 Key Responsibilities:✔ Provide onsite supervision and coordination for HVAC & piping construction activities✔ Oversee installation, sequencing, and execution quality of hygienic piping systems✔ Serve as an owner-side field representative for mechanical scopes✔ Identify construction and specification issues early and drive resolution with contractors✔ Diagnose drawing, constructability, and field execution problems in real time✔ Coordinate with subcontractors, QA, engineering, and project management teams✔ Support inspections, punch list development, and project closeout activities✔ Ensure project execution aligns with GMP and pharmaceutical quality standards🔹 Required Experience:✔ 15–20 years of construction experience✔ MUST HAVE large pharmaceutical / life sciences project experience✔ Strong industrial construction background✔ Mandatory experience with:• Hygienic / sanitary piping systems• Clean utilities• Process piping• HVAC systems in GMP environments✔ Experience working as:• Construction Coordinator• Project Engineer• Owner’s Representative• Mechanical Field Lead✔ Proven ability to troubleshoot field issues and resolve construction challenges directly onsite🔹 Key Skills:✔ Deep understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical piping installation✔ Strong field judgment and problem-solving capability✔ Ability to challenge incomplete or flawed designs during execution✔ Comfortable working closely with trades, subcontractors, and construction leadership✔ Strong ownership mindset and accountability🎯 This is NOT a design-only role.We are specifically looking for someone who can actively diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve field execution issues during construction.📩 Interested candidates can share:• Updated Resume• Current Location• Visa Status• Pharma Project Experience• Hygienic Piping Experience• Current & Expected Rate• Availability to Join📧 Share profiles at: mudit.kumar@thoughtstorm.ca
