Lighting Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lighting Designer located in San Francisco, CA. The Lighting Designer will develop and implement creative lighting concepts for architectural and interior design projects, work collaboratively with project teams, and contribute to the preparation of detailed lighting plans and specifications. The role also includes integrating lighting control systems and ensuring the highest levels of quality in design documentation and execution. Project management responsibilities and client engagement will also be key components of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in Lighting Design and Architectural Lighting, including the ability to create and implement innovative conceptsExperience with Lighting Controls and a strong understanding of lighting technologiesKnowledge of Interior Design fundamentals, and the ability to integrate lighting into various architectural contextsStrong technical skills in design software and tools relevant to the fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, architects, and other design professionalsBachelor’s degree in Lighting, Architecture, or a related fieldPrior experience in architectural or theatrical lighting is a plus.Proficiency on AutoCAD, Revit and AGI.
