Director Finance Physician Compensation

HCT seeks an experienced financial professional to serve as the interim Director of Finance for a 500+ bed hospital in Illinois. This position functions as a Director of Clinical Compensation and will oversee physician and APP compensation across three markets with a focus on ambulatory care. Responsibilities include: Planning, implementing and managing strategic and financial initiatives related to provider compensation (MD's, PhD, and APP's) and clinical incentives in a complex health system environment that spans academic and community based settings. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Health Administration, Math, Statistics, or a related field required Experience: Expertise and strong experience in physician and APP compensation as well as benchmarking tools and data is critical to this role Computer Skills: Advanced Excel skills required Expenses booked and paid for while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.Earn $2,000 for every candidate or position placement from your referral that HCT successfully places!
