Youll bring technical expertise, empathy, and energy to every case, making a real difference in the lives of pets and their families.ResponsibilitiesAssist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures.Monitor animal patients' vital signs and overall condition during procedures.Prepare animals for surgery, including catheterization and anesthesia monitoring.Perform routine laboratory tests, including blood work and urinalysis.Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.Provide proper animal handling and restraint techniques to ensure safety for both staff and animals.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient.Educate pet owners on proper animal husbandry practices and post-operative care.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including kennel areas.ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and experience:Strong understanding of animal physiology and veterinary practices.Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.Familiarity with kennel management and animal handling techniques.Experience in laboratory procedures relevant to veterinary medicine.Proficiency in animal restraint methods to ensure safe handling during examinations.Knowledge of X-ray procedures and veterinary critical care protocols is advantageous.Commitment to providing compassionate care to animals in all situations.Join us in making a difference in the lives of animals while working in a supportive environment that values teamwork and professional growth.Required Skills:• Development• Medical Records• Vital Signs• Organization• Medicine• Operations• Transparency• Collaboration• Energy• Records• Documentation• Teamwork• Communication
