Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In This Role, You WillParticipate in less complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementationApply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful deliveryReview basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systemsIdentify, and provide effective training methodsParticipate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activitiesPresent recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and complianceRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of Treasury Management experienceStrong Treasury Management knowledge and experiencePrevious project management experienceStrong, clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsGood attention to detail and accuracy skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPointExercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partnersAbility to work effectively in a virtual team environmentJob Expectations:Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.This role offers a hybrid work schedule.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
