Accountable for producing accurate demand forecasts and aligning demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints. Owns the demand management process, intake criteria, and reporting cadence. Task level responsibilities include analysing intake requests, modelling capacity impacts, maintaining demand backlogs, and integrating demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.Primary Skill: Cloud Demand ManagementSecondary Skill: Capacity PlanningTertiary Skill: Financial ManagementRequired Qualifications:- 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.- Strong analytical skills with experience modelling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery trade-offs .- Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.- Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into plans.Desired Qualifications:- ITIL Demand or Financial Management certification.- 5-7+ years supporting infrastructure or cloud portfolio management.- Experience with capacity planning tools or service portfolio platforms.- Exposure to virtualization or platform capacity modelling.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
