Construction Laborer

Trident Construction LLC is actively seeking career-oriented and responsible candidates to join our team. Successful applicants will be tasked with loading and securely fastening equipment and materials onto gooseneck and step deck trailers as well as performing general labor on seeding, erosion control, and landscape projects. Additional responsibilities can include operating skid loaders and tractors. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License, pass pre-employment and random drug screenings for full-time positions. Professionalism: Possess a positive attitude, punctuality, and dependability. Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform regular physical labor. Adaptability: Capacity to comprehend and follow instructions and a willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in erosion control, landscaping, farming, excavation/utility construction, grading, or related fields. Compensation: Wage negotiable and dependent on experience.
