SuperintendentLocation: Hutchinson, KS, and Kansas City, KS (or surrounding areas)Salary: $100K-$150K Base (salary depends on experience)A well-established, growth-oriented general contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial ground-up and renovation work is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on projects ranging from mid-size to large-scale commercial builds.The RoleThe Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site leader, owning day-to-day field execution from mobilization through closeout. This person sets the tone for safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor performance on their projects.ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities, subcontractor coordination, and self-perform crewsMaintain and enforce the project schedule, identifying and resolving issues before they impact deliveryEnforce OSHA compliance and company safety standards across all site personnelConduct daily site reports, RFI tracking, and document control through Procore or equivalentServe as the primary field liaison with the Project Manager, owners, inspectors, and design teamDrive quality control and ensure work meets plan specifications and project standardsQualifications3+ or more years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial  or concrete construction projectsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and self-perform crews simultaneouslyOSHA 30 certification preferredProficiency with Procore or similar construction management softwareStrong communicator with a track record of delivering projects on time and on budgetGround-up commercial experience required; design-build experience a plusCandidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application process!BenefitsFull Benefits Included  Email Your Resume In Word ToJohn.Kramer@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
